VTC and MTG Sign Communication Co-operation Agreement in Vietnam

Recently, in Hanoi the Vietnam Multimedia Corporation (VTC) under the Ministry of Post and Telematics and the Modern Times Group MTG AB (MTG) of the Kinnevik Group from Sweden signed a co-operation agreement in communication.

 

Kaj Gradevik, sales development director of MTG and representative of the Kinnevik Group said that the Swedish group had succeeded in Vietnam for more than ten years thanks to great support from the Vietnamese Government and capable partners, such as VNPT/VMS. He went on to say that the agreement signed between MTG and VTC marked the beginning of co-operation between the two groups. He said he believed that their co-operation would be a great success in the future.

 

Luu Vu Hai, deputy general director of VTC, affirmed that the two sides’ co-operation would contribute to the development of the communication and television industry in Vietnam, helping the country to catch up with other countries in the region and around the world, satisfying further the increasing demand of society.
