Apartment Model in New South Saigon Urban Area

On September 20, 2005, in new South Saigon urban area, Tan Binh Construction Investment Company inaugurated new apartments on the occasion of the 12^th anniversary of the company. High-rise building 13C A.View is located on Nguyen Van Linh road. New buildings and villas will be built in an area of 26,000 hectares. Building 13C A.View is 17-storey high, with ground and first floor reserved for public utilities.

 

From the second floor upwards, there are 168 apartments including 17 high-class (VIP) apartments. The space of the apartments rang from 85 - 101 sq. metres. VIP apartment has four bed rooms and 175 sq. metres. The price is VND6.7-7 million per sq. metre. By the end of 2006, the apartments will be handed over to the clients.

 

Director General Pham Xuan Hai, said that Tan Binh Company is the first company building apartment houses in the area applying high technology for 25cm-floor allowing the re-arrangement of the rooms. Clients of A.View building will have banking support of 50 per cent for instalment payment of 10-15 years.
