"Enhancing experiences" with Saigon Newport in 2022

Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) successfully hosted the "9th Customer Appreciation Day" with the message of "Enhancing your experiences", attended by more than 600 customers. This was the main activity in the series of appreciation events for field customers at Tan Cang-Cat Lai Port in particular and SNP in general. The event took place in December 2022.

Attending customers had the chance to learn about the port's operations and comment on service quality while joining entertaining activities like playing games for prizes, playing question-answer games, visiting SNP photo booths, and exploring bookstores and Kinh Do booths.

With these activities, SNP wanted to show its gratitude to all field customers (drivers, delivery customers and field shipping lines) who use the system's services, and listen to their comments to constantly improve service quality. The activity helped tighten relationships, create cohesion, and foster the development between SNP and field customers, and enhance SNP's reputation and brand.

9th Customer Appreciation Day - “Enhancing your experiences”

-  Instructions for using and installing "SNP EPORT MOBILE multifunction electronic port application": Customers were instructed to install the application launched in 2022 and introduced to new features and user-friendly experiences.

- Interactive game corner attracted a large number of customers to join and play to win many attractive gifts.

- Photo exhibition area: A place to display pictures created by customers taking part in the photo contest "Discovering Saigon beauty" and exploring a very different SNP from what was usually seen, perspectives on the journey, experiences and life at SNP.

- Direct dialogue and response program for service quality feedback: This was an opportunity for officers from units that are managing and operating working stages at Tan Cang-Cat Lai Port to directly meet customers, listen to their suggestions and answer their questions about service quality.

- Especially, the lucky draw at the end of the program created a lively and exciting atmosphere for all customers.

With the motto "Come to SNP - come to the best quality service", SNP always strives to improve its service quality, apply digital transformation, and create maximum convenience to win the absolute trust of customers, partners and shipping lines, thus affirming the corporation's determination to raise service quality and bring interests to customers whose goods are handled at the port.
