Jaime Anchustegui, CEO of Generali International has made a visit to Vietnam as the Group continues to pledge long-term commitment to the market with its fast-growing, successful local business - Generali Vietnam Life Insurance LLC (“Generali Vietnam”).
During his visit, Jaime Anchustegui met with over 1,500 agents, staff and the leadership team of Generali Vietnam at its 2023 Agency Kick-off Event in Hanoi. Speaking at the event, Mr. Anchustegui stated: “Vietnam has always been a key growth market for the Generali Group in Asia. With impressive business performance and effective growth strategy, Generali Vietnam is significantly contributing to the Group’s 'Lifetime Partner24: Driving Growth' strategic plan. We are excited about our future plan in the country and its contribution to the local insurance industry and economy.”
Rob Leonardi, International Asia Regional Officer added: “A strong brand is an important focus for us in Asia and a key pillar of our global strategy. Jaime Anchustegui has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Generali International since 2018, having joined Generali Group in 1993. The International Business Unit at Generali aims to accelerate the implementation of the strategic plan 'Lifetime Partner24: Driving Growth' across 3 regions: Mediterranean & Latin America, Central Eastern Europe and Asia.
