Vietnam to Expand Export Market to Tatarstan

Vietnam will export products with competitive advantages, such as foodstuff, aquatic products and seafood to Tatarstan in the coming time, National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Van An affirmed when receiving the State Council President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Mukhamesin, in Hanoi yesterday.
 
An also highly valued the visit by the leader of Tatarstan, and said the visit will help strengthen the cooperation between Vietnam and the Russian Federation in the fields of politics, economics, trade, oil and gas, energy, science and technology, education, defense and security.
 
An hoped the visit will contribute to accelerating trade between Vietnam and Tatarstan as well as between Vietnam and the Russian Federation.
 
On October 19, Mukhamesin informed Prime Minister Vu Khoan of Tatarstan's economic potential, including machinery manufacturing, oil and gas exploitation and petro-chemistry. He also said Tatarstani businesses wished to further boost cooperation with their Vietnamese partners.
