VCCI Vice President Nguyen Quang Vinh recently received Madam Huang Li, President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) - Sichuan Province, accompanied by Sichuan companies, at VCCI headquarters in Hanoi.

Ms. Huang said the Sichuan business delegation consisted of more than 60 businesses engaged in the automobile, motorcycle, electronics, high technology, agriculture and medicine sectors. This was the first time that the Sichuan business delegation visited and worked abroad after three years of lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, aiming to strengthen cooperation and connection with the world, especially with Vietnamese enterprises, to lift the cooperation to new highs.
She added that VCCI-CCPIT cooperation is longstanding and sustainable, and hoped that Vietnamese business delegations will go to visit Sichuan to enhance trade promotion and exchange in the coming time.
CCPIT Sichuan President Huang affirmed that CCPIT is always ready to exchange and strengthen cooperation with VCCI to provide information for fresh cooperation, thus enhancing business ties between the two sides. She also offered an invitation to the VCCI Vice President and Vietnamese businesses to attend the 12th China-South Asia and Southeast Asia Business Leaders’ Summit.
VCCI Vice President Nguyen Quang Vinh said that Sichuan is a wealthy land with a long cultural tradition and has much room for economic and trade cooperation and development with Vietnamese localities and enterprises.
Based on the close mutual cooperation, he affirmed that VCCI is willing to exchange information and cooperation with CCPIT Sichuan to boost trade relations between the two business communities, especially in industry, clean technology, high technology, agriculture and tourism.
In addition, he hoped that CCPIT will continue to exchange information on cooperation and investment from Sichuan to inform Vietnamese companies like the cooperation agreement signed by VCCI and CCPIT in 2011.
