Based on the local available potential as well as its efforts to entice investors and upgrade products and services, many constructive recommendations have been put forth to lure investment flows into the province.

In the near term, it will need to plan spiritual and ecological itineraries and experience low-lying agriculture, night tourism and MICE.

In addition, information and communications needs to be taken into consideration. Mr. Hoang Quoc Hoa, Deputy Director of the Tourism Information Center under the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT), suggested that Ha Nam strengthen communications and brand products and services on digital platforms; apply the Vietnam Travel application developed by VNAT to boost information, support and increase tourist experiences; launch the national digital platform of "Tourism Management and Business" to support tourism authorities and companies; and speed up destination digitization.

Highly appreciating these valuable opinions, Mr. Truong Quoc Huy pledged that Ha Nam will focus on firmly directing some tasks and solutions, with a focus on the Master Plan for Ha Nam Tourism Development to 2030, with a vision to 2050; planning potential areas for tourism development; and mobilizing resources for synchronous infrastructure construction. Furthermore, Ha Nam will continue to facilitate and prioritize investment for tourism human resources development; step up market research, develop appropriate promotion and advertising programs for each period and target audience, especially in international markets; accelerate digital transformation, and apply science and technology to tourism administration, promotion and development.
