Mr. Hoang Quoc Hoa, Deputy Director of the Tourism Information Center under the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT), suggested that Ha Nam strengthen communications and brand products and services on digital platforms; apply the Vietnam Travel application developed by VNAT to boost information, support and increase tourist experiences; launch the national digital platform of "Tourism Management and Business" to support tourism authorities and companies; and speed up destination digitization.
