Amazon Global Selling today announced the launch of Seller Export and Delivery (Amazon SEND) in Vietnam, its first integrated third-party cross-border inbound logistics solution, providing cross-border e-commerce selling partners with one-stop cross-border logistics and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) inbound services.
Cross-border e-commerce selling partners can use the service directly through Amazon's Seller Central, enjoying a stable, reliable, highly-efficient and cost-effective end-to-end cross-border inbound logistics experience offered by third-party carrier service providers.

Currently, Amazon SEND offers airfreight delivery only and cross-border e-commerce selling partners in seven countries – China, India, Vietnam, Thailand, Mexico, the UK, and Germany – can ship their goods to Amazon fulfillment centers in the US, the UK, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. With the launch of third-party airfreight delivery service provided through Amazon SEND, Vietnamese selling partners can now ship their cargo to the US and enjoy more complete cross-border logistics solutions when exporting and selling on Amazon
Amazon SEND offers stable performance, efficient operation, simple FBA inbound, preferential pricing, and transparent tracking for sellers; remarks a milestone in the strategy of continuously helping selling partners optimize cross-border logistics and supply chain experience. Third-party carrier service providers carefully integrate their services into the send-to-Amazon flow in Amazon’s Seller Central, allowing sellers to enjoy one-stop cross-border inbound logistics service including shipment creation, door-to-door delivery, export declaration, cross-border transportation, import customs clearance in the destination country and FBA inbound. The entire logistics trajectory can be tracked in Amazon’s Seller Central, to provide selling partners with better management of the transportation time and delivery status in real time. In addition, Carriers listed on Amazon SEND offer convenient FBA inbound service and preferential prices that are 5%-20% lower than those of similar products, helping selling partners improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Currently, Amazon SEND offers air freight delivery to Amazon’s fulfillment centers, a model particularly suited to new sellers and existing sellers' requests for urgent replenishment of stocks and testing out new products. Selling partners can undertake quick replenishment during peak seasons, alleviating the pressure of stocking and logistics. For those looking to test new products but concerned about inventory risks, Amazon SEND has the benefits of no minimum shipment volume requirement, and allows selling partners to test new products in small quantities to save money on trial costs. Moreover, new selling partners can use Amazon SEND to transport a modest quantity of goods, to quickly acquaint themselves with the FBA operation procedures in advance and get ready for future operations.
| One of the essential parts of Amazon's operations is continuously improving the selling partner experience for cross-border logistics and FBA inbound through both our own and integrated third-party services. Amazon makes a more complete portfolio of cross-border inbound logistics solutions for Sellers. |
Since the trial operation of Amazon SEND, cross-border e-commerce selling partners have praised the service highly for its advantages in convenience, economy, compliance, and speed. To enable more new selling partners with quick start of cross-border logistics and adapt to cross-border e-commerce operations, Amazon now provides New Seller Incentives (NSI), a limited-time special offer for new selling partners who join Amazon's US, UK, and Japanese marketplaces in and after 2023, register for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), and utilize Amazon SEND for the first time.
