Premier health and wellness company Herbalife Vietnam is the Nutrition Partner of the running tournament of the reputable VnExpress Marathon Series: The VnExpress Marathon Hai Phong 2023, held from December 15th to 17th in the port city of Hai Phong.
This tournament is one of three running events with over 11,000 participants each that Herbalife Vietnam has sponsored in 2023.
“We’re delighted to see the tournament was strongly embraced by people from all corners of the country the first time it has been organized in this city,” said Mr. Vu Van Thang, General Manager for Herbalife Vietnam and Cambodia. “Our continued sponsorship of running events is another indication of our unwavering commitment to promoting healthy active lifestyles in the community. We believe that making physical exercise part of our daily habits, combined with science-based nutrition, will help people live more healthily every day and achieve long-term wellness goals.”
Vietnamese and international athletes who participated in the VnExpress Hai Phong 2023 competed in short, medium, and long runs – including distances of 5km, 10km, 21km, and 42km. The race route led runners from Hai Phong’s bustling city center to the serene Do Son Beach, showcasing the city’s beauty and diversity.
The VnExpress Marathon Hai Phong 2023 is the final event of a series of marathon tournaments organized by VnExpress that Herbalife Vietnam is sponsoring in 2023. As a Part of Herbalife’s long-term strategy is to support sports events and raise public awareness of the importance of regular exercise and balanced nutrition to live healthier lives, Herbalife has sponsored several major marathon tournaments nationwide in 2023, attracting more than 70,000 participants in total. Many of Herbalife Vietnam’s Independent Members and Employees have also enthusiastically participated in these running tournaments.
