First-Prize Winner, Hi _ King Lake - the Trade Name of 5-star Resort

Nguyen Thi Minh Hoa, from Ho Chi Minh City, was awarded the first prize for her project, Hi _ King Lake. This award was bestowed upon her after she outperformed over 300 candidates from across the nation, earning near-perfect scores from the esteemed Jury Council.

The worthwhile award, worth VND50 million, was granted by Sao Mai Group. Hi _ King Lake is set to become the official trade name of a forthcoming 5-star resort. This luxurious establishment, located in Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province, represents an investment exceeding VND1,400 billion.

The awarding ceremony took place at Dong Xuyen Hotel Convention Center, Long Xuyen City, An Giang province on the afternoon of January 13, 2024, hailing winners in the competition.

With a serious, positive, conscientious and responsible attitude, the 9-member jury with profound knowledge about the copyright, implication, story and humanistic - historical value of Tho Xuan where the first 5-star resort invested by Sao Mai Group is located agreed on the final result.

After many rounds of scoring, the jury selected 11 very convincing candidates for the award: - 01 first prize: Hi_KING LAKE and 10 consolation prizes: THE KING LAKE, HILAMORI, HURRAHILL, SAPPHILA, SERALA, COSITAR, HILARI, KING PEARL LAND, ZENILA and AURISE

Each name is not simply a title but also contains a legend about well-known century-long "imprints" of righteous, judicious monarchs of the Le Dynasty who wrote a 600-year history.

Overview of the Awarding Ceremony

Situated in Tho Lam commune, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province, the resort is a 54-ha big project kicked off by Sao Mai Group in June 2022. Consulted by Uhm Group which proposed many breakthrough solutions during the construction process and trained operating personnel, the resort is expected to be inaugurated on April 30 - May 1, 2024.
