More German Assistance to Vietnam
On December 8, 2005, at the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI), an MOU on development co-operation in 2005 was signed by Mr. Ho Quang Minh, Head of Department of MPI and Ms Ursula Schafer-Preuss, Head of Department, Ministry of Development Co-operation (FRG).
According to the MOU, the German side will provide an additional Eur13 million for existing projects: Forest planting I and III worth Euro 3 million, anti-bird flu worth Euro 4 million and poverty reduction worth Euro 6 million.
