Vietnam Bestfood 2005 Opens

The 2005 Vietnam Bestfood Fair opened in Ho Chi Minh City on December 15, 2005. The only fair with its prize system copyright and property having been registered has been organised by the International Fair and Trade Joint stock Company (INFACO) and the Bac Ha Fair Company since 1999 under the guidelines of the Food Safety and Hygiene Department of the Ministry of Public Health and the Food and Foodstuff Technology Association.

 

Vietnam Bestfood 2005 had 160 pavilions of famous food and foodstuff producers in Ho Chi Minh City and southern provinces and cities. Ninety per cent of enterprises taking part in the fair joined the fair’s prize selection with 60 enterprises joining the contest for Gold Cup of Safe Trademarks for Community Health, and 15 other trademarks taking part in a contest for famous trademarks and the Gold Hand Cup and 160 products competed for gold medals.
