Ground-breaking Ceremony for Land Resettlement Area at Saigon Golf & Country Club

The ground - breaking ceremony for the land resettlement area at Saigon Golf and Country Club (SGCC) on Do Xuan Hop Street, An Phu Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City opened on January 15, 2006 by Saigon Development and Investment Corporation (SDI), the investor in the project.

The resettlement project is Phase 1 of the SGCC to relocate residents on the land where the Saigon Golf and Country Club is due for development. Phase 2 is the construction of the actual club.

The resettlement area is 15 hectares: attached housing, townhouse style villas, stand alone villas with court yards and 5 apartment blocks. The project completion time is expected within 16 months from the day of ground – breaking.
