Vietnam Social Security Received Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister for Outstanding Results in Implementing Project 06

At the Conference, the Government Office announced the Decision on awarding Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister to 17 ministries, branches, localities and collectives with outstanding achievements in implementing Project 06 over the past time. Vietnam Social Security and Technology Center (Vietnam Social Insurance) are honored to receive this form of reward.

Project 06 is an important, groundbreaking project to build a digital government, create many utilities and services, bring practical benefits, serve people and businesses better and more effectively. , this is the most effective measure of an organization's digital transformation process. After 2 years of implementation, the Project has brought initial positive results, serving as a premise for implementing tasks in the following years. Together with the entire political system, Vietnam Social Security has strived to successfully complete the assigned tasks in Project 06 and the directions of the Government Leaders and the Government's Working Group to implement the Project. 06.

During the 2 years (2022 and 2023) of implementing Project 06, Vietnam Social Security has been assigned to perform 32 tasks. In which: The total number of completed tasks is 24 tasks. There are no uncompleted tasks that are overdue. The total number of tasks performed regularly and being performed within the deadline is 8 tasks.

Vietnam Social Security has issued 152 documents, including: Resolutions, Action Programs, Plans and implementation documents, decisions to promulgate professional processes and online public services (DVC); Vietnam Social Security and its affiliated units have also commented on draft documents to implement Project 06 (draft process for implementing 02 groups of interconnected administrative procedures, draft report outline, and operating regulations). of the Government Working Group implementing Project 06...),

Answering difficulties and problems of localities in implementing tasks under Project 06; On a monthly or irregular basis, the Vietnam Social Insurance Working Group meets to review and evaluate the implementation situation, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, and propose tasks and solutions for effective implementation. effectiveness of assigned tasks; Fully report the situation and results of Project 06 implementation in accordance with the requirements of the Government's Project 06 Implementation Working Group.

The Vietnam Social Security system has verified more than 95 million demographic information in the database managed by Vietnam Social Security, of which about 86,6 million people are participating in and receiving social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, accounting for 97% of the total. number of participants.

100% of health insurance medical examination and treatment facilities have deployed health insurance medical examination and treatment using chip-embedded CCCD (meeting the requirement of looking up health insurance card information by personal identification number/CCCD), with more than 55 million times looking up health insurance card information by identification number. Successful individual/CCCD registration to serve health insurance medical examination and treatment procedures.

Deploying integration and providing online services: Integrating payment deduction calculation in health insurance card renewal by household; Connecting birth registration - permanent residence registration - issuance of health insurance cards for children under 6 years old; Linking death registration - Removal of permanent residence registration - Support for funeral expenses, Funeral allowance; Resolve unemployment benefits; Register to participate in voluntary social insurance contributions; Register to pay and issue health insurance cards for people who only participate in health insurance

Deploying the application of biometric authentication technology based on biometric information integrated on chip-mounted CCCDs and on data of the national population database in health insurance medical examination and treatment and the "One-stop shop" department of local social insurance direction.

Promote payment of non-cash insurance policies; Integrate social insurance books on VneID application; Integrate VNeID account with VssID; Deploying electronic Health Book; Linking driver health examination data, birth certificates, death notices...

The results achieved in implementing Project 06 have brought about "landmark" changes in all activities of the industry, contributing to creating and building a digital Vietnam Social Insurance industry, in accordance with the Government's orientation. numbers, meeting the requirements of ensuring national social security, helping to reduce time and costs for organizations and individuals when dealing with social insurance agencies; Ministries, branches and localities also benefit from connecting, exploiting and sharing data with the national insurance database; improve accuracy and data-based management capacity; create conditions to strengthen inspection and testing in the electronic environment. Thereby helping to improve the efficiency of state management and better ensure the rights of the people. This is also the premise and motivation for Vietnam's social insurance industry to continue to successfully implement assigned tasks in the coming time.
