Training course: "HACCP Quality Management in Seafood and Foodstuff Processing and Trading Enterprises in Vietnam"

To meet standard requirements of foreign markets during the international integration for seafood and foodstuff processing and trading enterprises, especially HACCP quality management standard, VCCI will open a training course entitled “HACCP Quality Management in Seafood and Foodstuff Processing and Trading Enterprises in Vietnam”.
This is the first course under the programme of providing enterprises with skills of building and examining seafood and foodstuff quality based on HACCP and subject to current standards of Vietnam, EU and the US.
