September 30, 2025 in Ho Chi Minh city - Prodezi Long An Joint Stock Company (Prodezi) has officially been honored as an Outstanding Industrial Real Estate Investor & Developer in Vietnam Outstanding Real Estate Awards 2025 (VOPA 2025), organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu magazine.

Prodezi Long An Joint Stock Company was named among Vietnam's Top 10 Outstanding Real Estate Enterprises 2025.
This distinction also places Prodezi in the Top 10 Outstanding Real Estate Enterprises in Vietnam for 2025. The award is a recognition of Prodezi’s well-planned investments, long-term strategy, and sustainable vision, with ecological centricity, in both the real estate market in general and the industrial property sector in particular.
Sharing about this new milestone, Mr. Minh Truong, Deputy General Director of Prodezi, said: “This award is a tremendous encouragement, reaffirming Prodezi’s right direction in creating next-generation industrial ecosystems. The journey to realize Prodezi’s eco-centric industrial park model still holds many important milestones ahead. We sincerely thank our partners and investors who have trusted and accompanied us during this journey, and we hope achievements and honors such as this will help attract even more potential clients. I believe that this recognition is not only for Prodezi Long An, but also an incentive for other enterprises to implement sustainable industrial real estate solutions in the coming time, accelerate the green transition of the market, and contribute to enhancing national competitiveness in attracting high-quality FDI.”
In its development strategy, Prodezi focuses on the model of eco-centric industrial parks integrated with urban areas, aiming to create balanced spaces for production, community, and the environment. At the heart of this approach is Prodezi Industrial Park (Luong Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh Province - formerly Long An) with a scale of 400 hectares. From the outset, the project has been planned in line with eco-industrial standards under Decree 35/2022/NĐ-CP, ensuring a balance between economic growth and environmental protection. On this foundation, Prodezi has proactively set even higher sustainability targets, affirming its pioneering commitment to green industrial development. Specifically, 100% of wastewater is treated to meet standards, with at least 25% recycled; at least 20% of total energy demand is supplied from renewable sources; and green space and water areas make up no less than 25% of the park’s total area. These standards not only ensure compliance with regulations but also position Prodezi ahead of the curve in the trend of green and sustainable industrial development.

To realize these commitments, Prodezi has partnered with leading international firms such as Chitose Group (Japan) and TA Vital. At Prodezi Industrial Park, advanced biotechnology has been applied to treat sludge into organic fertilizer for green agriculture, a breakthrough solution that reduces chemical dependence, conserves resources, and lowers CO₂ emissions.
With its methodical investment, Prodezi Industrial Park offers outstanding competitive advantages for domestic and international investors. Enterprises benefit not only from its strategic location and high-quality infrastructure but also from the commitment to a sustainable investment environment built to international standards. This advantage is reinforced by attractive incentive policies and professional one-stop services, delivering a comprehensive, efficient, and secure investment solution.

The treatment system ensures 100% of wastewater meets standards, with efficient reuse
In addition, Prodezi is currently developing the adjacent LA Home eco-township, with a total area of 100 hectares. Planned with sustainability as its guiding principle, the project has a construction density of only about 30%, with the remainder reserved for landscaping, waterways, and modern amenities. A highlight of the master plan is a 2.2-hectare central park along with a system of seven natural canals preserved and enhanced as “green lungs” to regulate air quality and create a fresh living environment for each subdivision. The simultaneous development of these two strategic projects reflects Prodezi’s long-term vision of an integrated urban–industrial ecosystem that is modern and sustainable, where economic growth is closely linked with quality of life, providing an ideal environment for professionals, engineers, and workers to live and work in the area.
Speaking about future directions, Truong emphasized: “We will continue to stay true to our goal of building a green-smart-sustainable industrial real estate ecosystem. Prodezi pioneers comprehensive solutions aligned with next-generation FDI attraction strategies and the overall economic development of the nation. We believe this is the inevitable path to creating lasting value for investors, communities, and society.”

The Vietnam Outstanding Real Estate Awards 2025 is known for its rigorous and comprehensive evaluation process. The judging panel evaluates not only business capacity and project quality but also sustainability commitments (ESG), especially in a challenging market context. Beyond VOPA 2025, Prodezi had earlier been named among the Top 50 Sustainable Development Enterprises under the Corporate Sustainability Awards (CSA) 2025 by Nhip Cau Dau Tu magazine and received the “Enterprise for Sustainable Development 2024” award from Dau Tu newspaper. This chain of awards not only affirms Prodezi’s pioneering position in the industrial real estate sector but also reflects the company’s alignment with Vietnam’s sustainable development strategy and efforts to enhance the country’s competitiveness on the international stage.
