The city of Da Nang will officially host the “Startup Residency Program 2025” (Hacker Residency Da Nang 2025) from November 1–30, 2025 at Marisol Villa, Da Nang. The program is expected to gather 10–15 international startup teams, together with mentors, investors, and technology experts.
The program is initiated by Hacker Residency Group – a global startup residency team founded in Silicon Valley. It is co-hosted with the Da Nang Center for Innovation and Startup Support (DCIS) and organizationally supported by DataHouse – a trusted IT solutions provider operating across the U.S., Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Hacker Residency Da Nang 2025 stands out with its “all-in for product” model: participating startups will be fully supported with accommodation, living expenses, media coverage, and professional video production—only airfare is self-funded. The program charges no fees, takes no equity, and shares no revenue, introducing a bold new approach to supporting startups.
Over the course of one month, founders will have the opportunity to focus entirely on product development, join weekly demo sessions and a final Demo Day, receive tailored mentorship on fundraising, marketing, and go-to-market strategies, and connect directly with Da Nang’s local startup community.

Hacker Residency Da Nang 2025 aspires to become a launchpad that attracts international tech startups to work and experience in Da Nang, while creating strong links with the local startup ecosystem. The program also seeks to position Da Nang as a regional hub for innovation and expand collaboration networks between startups, investors, mentors, and support organizations.
As of September 2025, the program has received over 400 applications from more than 25 countries, including the U.S., Singapore, Korea, India, and other Southeast Asian nations. It has also secured sponsorship from CodeRabbit, n8n, OpenRouter, Parallel, Exa, Stainless, and DataHouse, while confirming participation from multiple investors and venture funds for Demo Day, such as Zinance Ventures, Antler, and Golden Gate Ventures.
From November 1–3, the program will kick off with a Kick-off & Orientation to welcome and guide participating startups. Between November 4–28, teams will focus on product development while engaging with the local startup community. The program will conclude on November 29 with a Demo Day, where startups will present their projects to investors.
