Its profit margin has grown from 1.5% in the early years to a stable 6% today. These results show the effectiveness of Sao Ta Foods JSC’s ongoing business restructuring toward a leaner model, which reduces costs, lowers product prices, and strengthens its reputation and market position, boosting product sales.

A clear sign of Sao Ta Foods JSC’s success is that the company has remained profitable every year for the past 30 years. Employee incomes have steadily risen, with current average monthly earnings exceeding VND11.6 million per person, among the highest in the industry.
