Fine arts and handicrafts have been acknowledged as potential products for Vietnamese exports in the future, expecting to generate in some US$662 million in export turnover this year and $1.5 billion by 2010.

Vietnamese handicraft exports have been presented to around 120 countries and territories worldwide with the US, EU and Japan emerging as the biggest importers.
