In an era of rapid urbanization, as high-rise towers, industrial parks, and commercial complexes continue to rise alongside a fast-growing economy, fire safety is no longer just a technical requirement. It has become an essential part of modern urban infrastructure, playing a key role in sustainable operations while protecting people, assets, and the long-term value of every development.

In Da Nang, the economic center of Central Vietnam, rapid urban growth is creating increasing pressure on operational safety. New requirements for technical standards, risk management, and emergency response are driving major changes in the fire safety industry, shifting the focus from meeting regulations to building smarter and more effective safety systems.
Amid this transformation, Toan Tien Phat Consulting Investment Construction JSC (TTP) has become one of Central Vietnam’s leading fire safety companies, with a clear goal of helping establish new safety standards for projects in Vietnam through modern engineering expertise, practical project execution, and a long-term development strategy.
A pioneering company with a distinct approach
Established on September 27, 2012, TTP specializes in consulting, designing, and installing fire safety systems for civil and industrial projects.
What sets TTP apart is not simply the company’s scale, but the approach it has followed since its early days: going beyond installing systems based on approved designs to directly develop complete safety solutions for each project.
From site surveys, fire and explosion risk analysis, and operational simulation to technical design, construction, and long-term maintenance, TTP works as a strategic partner for project owners throughout the entire lifecycle of each development.
An important milestone further strengthened TTP’s position when it became the first company in Da Nang to receive certification to provide fire safety services. This reflected both the company’s professional expertise and its leadership in meeting the industry’s strict legal and technical requirements.
After more than 14 years of growth, TTP has completed more than 100 fire safety projects ranging from medium to large scale across the country. Notably, projects delivered by the company have recorded no major incidents caused by system failures after handover, an especially meaningful measure in an industry directly responsible for protecting lives and property.
This achievement is the result of TTP’s unwavering commitment to its three core values: Trust – upholding competence and responsibility in every commitment; Technology – driving innovation and continuously optimizing solutions; and Protection – ensuring comprehensive safety and security for people, assets, and infrastructure.

“Designing from risk” as the philosophy behind a new benchmark
According to Vo Van Thong, Director of Toan Tien Phat Consulting Investment Construction JSC and a member of the executive committee of the Vietnam Fire and Rescue Association, an effective fire protection system is not defined by a large investment budget or expensive equipment, but by how closely it matches the actual risk profile of each project.
“A strong fire protection system is not the most expensive one. It is the system designed around the real-world risk scenarios of that specific project,” Thong said.
From this perspective, TTP developed its “Designing from Risk” philosophy, a modern approach built on four core foundations: analyzing fire risks based on operational functions; simulating smoke and heat spread; selecting the most suitable firefighting technologies; and optimizing operating costs throughout the project lifecycle through life cycle cost (LCC) analysis.
Unlike the traditional standards-based approach, TTP’s engineering team sees every project as a distinct ecosystem, where fire protection systems must be designed to align with the architecture, occupancy density, traffic flow, and actual operating conditions.
This approach has created a clear advantage for the company as the market places greater focus on quality and investment efficiency.
Projects designed to protect lives
In the high-rise hospitality and resort segment, TTP has consulted on and completed a range of large-scale projects in Da Nang. With high occupancy levels and strict evacuation and smoke control requirements, the company focuses on intelligent addressable fire alarm systems, stairwell pressurization, and fire compartmentalization designed for each functional area.
At one coastal hotel complex, the system designed by TTP can isolate fire incidents floor by floor, helping reduce the risk of fire spreading and protecting much of the surrounding property in simulated emergency situations.
In the industrial sector, where chemical processing, production lines, and flammable materials create higher fire risks, TTP deploys foam-based firefighting solutions, three-level backup pump systems, and real-time temperature and pressure sensors.
In the fire protection industry, equipment can be purchased and technology can be replicated, but strong quality control and a clear sense of responsibility remain the foundation of a sustainable brand.
TTP currently operates a fully integrated management process from design and construction through final acceptance, uses project management software to track progress, and continuously trains its engineering team to stay up to date with the latest domestic and international technical standards.
The company now has a team of more than 15 certified fire protection engineers and specialists with extensive experience across a wide range of project types. This foundation helps TTP maintain its competitiveness as safety requirements continue to become more rigorous.
Vo Van Thong added that TTP’s highest priority is not only completing a technical system, but protecting a project’s long-term operational value for decades.
“We do not simply design fire safety systems for today’s needs. We build a layer of safety strong enough to support each project through the next 20 to 30 years of operation,” Thong said.
Behind the landmark developments that shape a modern city lies more than architecture and investment capital. There are also safety systems working quietly every day to protect lives. If architecture helps shape a city’s identity, companies like TTP play an important role in helping keep modern society operating safely every day.
With more than a decade of experience, hundreds of completed projects, and its “Designing from Risk” philosophy, TTP is steadily helping shape a new benchmark for Vietnam’s fire safety industry. More than a fire safety company, TTP continues to strengthen its role in building safety infrastructure for the future of urban Vietnam.
