At the Forum, Vinachem exchanged Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with three leading Philippine partners, namely Puregold Price Club, Inc., Planter Products Inc., and Sun Prince TBA Corporation. The documents were exchanged under the witness of senior leaders of Vietnam and the Philippines, reflecting the increasingly broad prospects for cooperation between the business communities of the two countries.
Under the signed agreements, Vinachem and Puregold Price Club, Inc. — one of the Philippines’ leading retail groups with a network of more than 600 supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores nationwide — will cooperate to bring Vinachem’s consumer products into the partner’s distribution system, focusing on detergents, household care products, and fast-moving consumer goods.
With Planter Products Inc. — a leading Philippine enterprise in the production, trading, and marketing of agricultural products — the two sides agreed to promote cooperation in the supply of fertilizers and crop protection chemicals, while also exploring opportunities for technology transfer and the development of solutions for sustainable agriculture.
For Sun Prince TBA Corporation — a company with strengths in tire trading and automotive support products in the Philippines — the two sides will strengthen cooperation in distributing Vinachem’s industrial rubber products, tires, batteries, accumulators, and various other industrial products in the local market.
As a state-owned economic group playing a leading role in Vietnam’s chemical industry, Vinachem currently possesses a product ecosystem ranging from basic raw materials, fertilizers, and chemicals for industrial production to tires, batteries, accumulators, and consumer goods. Simultaneously signing cooperation agreements with partners in the retail, agricultural, and industrial sectors in the Philippines demonstrates the Group’s multi-sector market connectivity capabilities as well as its ability to participate more deeply in regional value chains.

The memoranda of understanding are all aimed at building long-term partnerships, expanding markets, leveraging the strengths of each party, and promoting cooperation in high-tech and green economy sectors. These orientations are also aligned with Vinachem’s development strategy in the new period, as the Group accelerates technological innovation, digital transformation, green transformation, and the development of products with high scientific and technological content.
The agreements established in Manila are not only intended to expand export markets but also create a foundation for Vinachem to strengthen its commercial presence in one of ASEAN’s most dynamic economies. Through the distribution, retail, and agricultural networks of its Philippine partners, many of Vinachem’s flagship products will have opportunities to directly reach local consumers and businesses, gradually forming long-term cooperation channels in trade, technology, and sustainable development.
Participation in the Vietnam–Philippines Business Forum and the simultaneous signing of multiple cooperation agreements with leading local partners further affirm Vinachem’s reputation, capabilities, and position in the international arena. This is not only a step forward in expanding export markets but also demonstrates the Group’s pioneering role in promoting industrial cooperation, technology transfer, and regional value chain connectivity.
As Vietnam continues to deepen international economic integration and implement Politburo Resolution No. 79-NQ/TW on further reforming mechanisms and policies and improving the operational efficiency of state-owned enterprises in the new period, Vinachem identifies international cooperation as one of the key drivers for expanding development space, enhancing competitiveness, and participating more deeply in global value chains. The achievements in Manila not only open up market development opportunities for the Group’s flagship products but also contribute to realizing Vinachem’s strategy of strengthening its presence in ASEAN, affirming its role as a core force of Vietnam’s chemical industry and as a bridge promoting economic, industrial, and technological cooperation between Vietnam and partners across the region.
