Int'l Oil, Gas, Power Expo 2006 Opens in HCMCity
The biennial international Vietnam Oil and Gas, Electricity Expo 2006 started in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) yesterday October 12, attracting 115 exhibitors from 23 countries and territories.
The three-day event provides a chance for companies to seek business and investment opportunities in oil, gas and electricity industries, said the organizer.
Remarkably, Vietnamese enterprises will also have wider approaches to management and production experience from foreign partners.
Attendants are renowned companies from 23 countries and territories, including the UK, France, the US, Norway, China, South Korea, Japan and Denmark, added the organizer.
The event, which is the largest-scale expo in the oil and gas and electricity industries, is being held by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), the VCCI Expo company, PetroVietnam and the Hong Kong Exhibition CP Company.
