PetroVietnam Insurer ’08 Profit +4 per cent to US$15.38 Mln
PetroVietnam Insurance Joint Stock Corp (PVI) has said that it made a profit of VND260 billion (US$18.38 million), up 4 per cent on year on gross revenue of VND2.688 trillion (US$159 million), up 35 per cent.
PVI has set targets of achieving VND3 trillion in gross revenue, rising 12 per cent on year and profit of VND275 billion, up 5 per cent.
The insurer has pledged to pay 15 per cent dividend to its existing shareholders this year.
PVI plans to list in Singapore by the end of 2009. (Financial Investment)
