Cargill Opens 6th Animal Feed Plant in Vietnam
Cargill Company has opened its sixth animal feed plant in Vietnam in Sa Dec Industrial Zone of Mekong Delta Dong Thap province.
The aquatic feed plant has total investment of US$14 million.
Fitted up with advanced equipments, the plant is scheduled to produce 120,000 tons of aquatic feed annually, bringing Cargill’s total production capacity to 800,000 tons.
The company’s five other plants are now located in Dong Nai, Binh Dinh, Hung Yen, Long An and Can Tho.
Entering Vietnam in 1995, Cargill is now one of leading animal feed producers in Vietnam. It has also involved in processing and exporting cocoa in the country. (Pioneer)
