Work Starts on US$18-Mln Faucet Plant in Central Vietnam
Quang Nam - Danang Urban and Industrial Zones Development Joint - Stock Company and Japan-invested Shimizu Corporation on February 16 kicked off construction on an US$18-million to produce water faucet in central Vietnam.
The factory, which has an annual capacity of one million products, is located at Dien Nam-Dien Ngoc Industrial Park in Quang Nam province.
The 70,000-square meter plant is expected to be operational by the end of this year and generate some 500 jobs.
