Sabeco Starts Work on VND400 Bln Brewery in Northern Vietnam

The Saigon Beer Corporation (Sabeco) Mar 7 kicked off construction of the Saigon-Phu Ly brewery in Thanh Ha and Thanh Huyen communes of Thanh Liem district of northern Ha Nam province.
 
The brewery with total investment of VND400 billion is scheduled to produce 50 million liters of beer a year. The capacity will be doubled to 100 million liters.
 
Once operational a year later, the plant will offer canned beer under 333 brand name to market.
 
Sabeco set target to produce 1.2 billion liters of beer annually in 2010, accounting for 40 per cent of local market share. (The People)
