Banking Vietnam 2009 to Open in May

The Information Technology Department of the State Bank and the International Data Group will co-organize the three-day-event “Banking Vietnam 2009 Hanoi Conference and Expo”on May 27-29, 2009 at Melia Hotel, 44 Ly Thuong Kiet, Hanoi Vietnam.

Featuring the theme “Risk Management & Banking Development in the Global Economic Downturn”,Banking Vietnam 2009 Hanoi will metion two hottest issues (i) Risk Management in the Economic Downturn and (ii) IT investment to develop advanced and effecient banking service. These issues are a major concern of entire banking Vietnam system to enhance of risk management and sustain transparant and healthy financial status.

Particulary, Banking Vietnam 2009 Hanoi is also a special occasion to celebrate 10 times of the series. With this great landmark, Banking Vietnam exceeds beyond an ordinary scope of an annual international forum of banking technology and services. It will be evaluation of the bygone stages of Banking Vietnam and assessment of target, operating process, content and theme as well as benefit of the event to development of banking technology and service in particulary and banking modernization in general.
