Vietnam '08 Exports to EU +17.6 per cent to US$10B: Ministry
Vietnam exported US$10 billion of goods to EU last year, representing an on year rise of 17.6 per cent, the Ministry of Industry and Trade said on May 18.
EU is among biggest buyers of Vietnamese goods.
The MOIT forecast that goods shipments to the market will hit US$22.7 billion between 2009 and 2010.
Vietnam's key exports to EU are apparel, footwear, seafood, coffee and furniture products, the ministry said. (MOIT)
