Vietnam Property Expo and Conference 2009 to Open in HCM City

The first Vietnam Property Expo and Conference 2009 (Propex Vietnam) is scheduled to be held from December 17 - 20, 2009 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC) in Phu My Hung, Ho Chi Minh City. The event will be jointly organised by the Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association (HoREA), Nha Vui Architecture & Construction Joint Stock Company and Gia Phuc Media Joint Stock Company.

 

Propex Vietnam 2009 will be a business-to-business and business-to-customer conference and exhibition on the property industry in Vietnam and other Asia-Pacific countries. The exhibition will showcase the latest property projects in the city, urban development achievements, industrial parks, residential areas, serviced apartments, hotels, resorts, office buildings and shopping malls.

 

The conference will discuss the property industry’s opportunities and challenges, government policies and market trends.

 

Propex Vietnam is expected to become an annual event in future.

 

The organising board will present Propex Vietnam Award to honour contributions of organisations and individuals in the real estate industry.

 

Many senior Vietnamese and international specialists and leading companies will attend this event.
