UAE Group to Recruit 3,000 Vietnamese Laborers by Yr-end
China State Construction Engineering Corporation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will recruit 3,000 Vietnamese workers from now through the end of this year.
The figure is included in a contract signed recently between the group, Vietnam’s Air Service Supply Joint Stock Company (Airserco) and representative officials of the Vietnamese central provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An and Ha Tinh.
This is the first triangle labor contract inked between the labor broker, localities and foreign partners in Vietnam.
Under the contract, China State Construction Engineering Corporation pledged to pay a base salary of VND8 million and provide social and health insurance for the Vietnamese workers.
Airserco Director Nguyen Xuan Vui said his firm and China State Construction Engineering Corporation have joined hands to send nearly 500 local workers to the UAE since 2008 with the average income of approximately VND7 million per month. (Vanguard)
