Vietnam PM to Visit China Province

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung will visit the Sichuan province and Qiongqing city of China between Oct 15-17 to boost the cooperation in economy, trade, tourism, science and technology between Vietnam and China’s western provinces, according to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

 

During his tour, PM Dung will attend the 10th Western China International Economy & Trade Fair to be held in Sichuan’s capital city of Chengdu, the statement said.

 

The ministry also informed the PM will fly to Thailand’s Cha-am Hua Hin to join the 15th ASEAN Summit and related summits which is slated to take place Oct 23-25. (Local sources)
