Vietnam PM Pledges More Incentives for Entrepreneurs

The Vietnamese government will create more favorable conditions for businesspeople who play a decisive role in the national industrialization and modernization cause, said Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung.
 
Dung made the statement at a meeting with a delegation from the Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Association and the top ten businesspeople who won the 2009 Vietnam Gold Star Award in Hanoi on October 13,
 
The government leader also hailed the local business circle’s contributions to social welfare and supports for the poor and the victims of natural disasters as well as building their trademarks and job creation.
 
Set up in 1993, the association has a network of 8,000 members in 56 provinces and cities nationwide. (People’s Army, New Hanoi)
