Outstanding Garment, Textile Businesses Honored

Sixty-one businesses in the garment and textile sector and 18 in the leather and footwear sector have been selected to be honoured at an award ceremony for outstanding enterprises in Hanoi on October 31.

 

The selection was co-organised by the Vietnam Garment and Textile Group (Vinatex), the Vietnam Leather and Footwear Association and the Sai Gon Economic Times to honour outstanding enterprises for their high achievements in production and business activities despite the impact of the global economic crisis and their active contributions to developing their sectors.

 

Topping the list of candidates is Viet Tien Garment Joint Stock Corporation, which has been recognised as the most outstanding enterprise in the garment and textile sector from 2004-2009.
