PetroVietnam Posts Revenues of VND175.8T in Jan-May
The state-owned Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) earned revenues of VND175.8 trillion (US$9.252 billion) in the first five months of this year.
The group paid taxes of VND46.74 trillion in the January-May, the source said, giving comparative figures and profit detail.
PetroVietnam estimates its revenues at VND205.8 trillion in the first half on the basis of expected average crude oil price of US$81/barrel in June.
This year, the firm plans to pour VND110.5 trillion into its projects, up 67.42% on year.
It targets to produce 15 million tons of crude oil and eight billion cubic meters of natural gas, export 9.43 million tons of crude oil and earn revenues of VND329 trillion during the year. (Labor)
