Phuong Trang Real Estate Co., Ltd (FutaLand), a member of FutaCorp, currently owns more than 20 projects covering above 300 hectares of land, including high-end apartments, commercial -residential complex, serviced apartments, hotels, luxury resorts, beach villas, high-grade new urban zones, residential condominiums, and industrial zones. FutaCorp’s projects are located in major provinces and cities like Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Da Lat, Phan Thiet and Quy Nhon.
In the transport field, FutaCorp presently possesses more than 500 45-seat luxury coaches, 500 Future-branded taxicabs, many buses and Dalat taxis. FutaCorp’s most real estate projects are located in important areas, even the "golden land" in big cities. The group is currently carrying out three real estate projects in the downtown of HCM City, namely New Pearl (192 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, District 3), a project at 289 Tran Hung Dao Street (District 1) and another one on Le Quy Don Street (District3). In suburban areas, FutaCorp builds Golden Gate and Saigon Phu Gia Rach Bang projects on a combined area of 15 hectares in a gateway area linking Phu My Hung Urban Zone (District 7) and the downtown. In Binh Duong province, the province has built two 2-ha projects, An Hoa and Quang Thuan, with 1,500 medium apartments. In Da Nang - the largest city in central Vietnam, FutaCorp is a leading real estate with a land fund of 150 hectares, including famous residential projects like Minh Hoa, Van Tuong, An Cu, Da Nang Plaza, Han Riverview, projects on Pham Van Dong Street and My Khe Beach. The company is building a 115-ha modern Futa Cove urban zone in Lien Chieu District linking with National Road 1 and coastal Nguyen Tat Thanh Road.
