27 Guiding Legal Documents to Be Issued in 2011

According to the recent list of documents detailing the enforcement of laws effective from January 1, 2011 signed by the Prime Minister, 27 documents will be issued. These documents will detail the enactment of 10 laws, including the Adoption Law, Commercial Arbitration Law, Disabilities Law, Postal Law, Energy Conservation and Efficiency Law, Food Safety Law, Non-agricultural Land Use Tax Law, Criminal Sentence Enforcement Law, Law on State Bank of Vietnam and Law on Credit Institutions.

 

Several important guiding documents include: a decree on administrative punishments in the field of energy conservation and efficiency, the Prime Minister’s decision on the list of energy-efficient labelled vehicles and equipment, a decree on the process of capital punishment by lethal injection, and a decree defining unfair competition in banking sector.
