Many real estate projects have been licensed and commenced construction in November 2010, ensuring the supply of apartments and offices for lease in the coming time.
Viwaseen - Ha Dinh Complex, Hanoi
The Hanoi People's Committee has allowed the Vietnam Water Supply, Sewerage and Environment Investment Construction Corporation (Viwaseen) to build Viwaseen - Ha Dinh apartment - office complex on an area of 1,363 square metres in Ha Dinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City. Construction is expected to be kicked off in late 2010.
TV Tower, Hanoi
On November 7, 2010, Song Da 1 Joint Stock Company commenced construction of Section A of the TV Tower - a part of Duc Thuong housing project in Duc Thuong Commune, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi City. The project is invested by Tan Viet Investment & Construction Joint Stock Company.
The tower, located on a 1,100 square metre site, includes a basement and 30 storeys and provides 37,500 square metres. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2012.
INDECO Tower, Hanoi
On November 15, 2010, the Hanoi People’s Committee permitted INDECO Infrastructure Construction and Development Joint Stock Company to begin the INDECO Tower complex in Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
The land plot will include 1,364 square metres for the apartment - office complex and 502.8 square metres for semidetached houses. The 23 story building will have 85 apartments covering 9,384 square metres and the semidetached house area will have eight 4 story semidetached houses. The six lowest floors are designed for offices for rent.
The project will cost over VND147 billion, including VND111.8 billion for construction and VND23 billion for land use. It will be started in the third quarter of 2011 and completed in the third quarter of 2013.
High-grade PetroVietnam Cua Lo Resort, Nghe An Province
PetroVietnam Cua Lo Urban Investment Joint Stock Company (PVICOM) recently presented a 1:500 scale detailed plan for the Cua Lo Urban Zone. The 27.15-hectare urban zone, which costs VND1,005 billion, consists of seven main sections, including 22 invested items like high-grade villas, coastal bungalows, hotel, conference centre and general services.
The project, located in Nghi Hai Ward, Cua Lo Town, Nghe An Province, will commence in the first quarter of 2011 and completed in the first quarter of 2016.
Hoang Dong Lang Son Hotel - Golf Course, Lang Son Province
Lang Son International Joint Stock Company has officially launched its Hoang Dong Lang Son Hotel - Golf Course project.
Hoang Dong Lang Son is described as the first Casino City in Vietnam, along National Road 1A. The 186-hectare project, located in Cao Loc Town, is estimated to cost as much as US$2 billion.
The project will consist of a 5-hectare international commercial centre; three hotel - casino buildings; six hotel - apartment buildings; 10 office blocks; 300 golf course villas (300-400 square metres each); 1,659 shops for lease; a 70 ha 18 hole golf course; shopping malls; flower park and sports centre with swimming pools, spa, gyms, badminton courts and tennis courses. All items are rated five-star.
Suoi Son Trade, Tourism Service Urban Zone, Dong Nai Province
The urban zone is invested by Long Dien Real Estate Joint Stock Company. The 117 hectare zone includes 56.5 hectares for residence, 9.89 hectares for public utilities, 29.2 hectares for traffic infrastructure, 15.22 hectares for green parks and sporting grounds, and 6.19 hectares for water surface. The project costs VND4,575 billion.
The project, located in Giang Dien Commune, Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province, is divided into three phases with villas and semidetached houses as the main products.
Tam Nong Resort and Urban Zone, Phu Tho Province
The 2,050-ha project, including a 336-hectare golf course, is invested by Viet Han Trading-Advertising-Construction-Real Estate Co., Ltd. The project includes ecotourism, urban, residential and recreational zones and was approved by Phu Tho People’s Committee on January 28, 2010.
According to the plan, apart from the golf course, the Tam Nong Resort and Urban Zone also has a 340-hectare first-grade villa area, a 222-hectare second-grade villa area, a 350-hectare resort, a 152-hectare urban zone, a 105-hectare amusement park, a 146-hectare sports complex, a 107-hectare casino, and a 144-hectare horse race track. The golf course will be built first. The project is scheduled to be kicked off in January 2011.
