Amdocs Supports Flood Victims through Charity Golf Tournament

Today, on December 2, Amdocs, the leading provider of customer experience systems funds a charity golf tournament to support victims of the recent floods in Vietnam.

 

The golf tournament, organized by The Vietnam Post News and the Information Society Magazine, and supported by the Vietnamese Ministry of Information and Communications, takes place on Saturday, 4 December, at Phoenix Golf and Resortin the Hoa Binh province. The golf tournament attracts golfers from local and foreign ICT (information communications technology) companies and from local government bodies, such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Information and Communication.

 

“This is the first golf tournament organized for the ICT sector, and we hope to make it an annual event to support the ongoing needs of local charity initiatives,” said Mr Vo Dang Thien, Chief Editor of The Vietnam Post News. “By supporting this event, Amdocs and the event partners will be able to provide food, shelter and medical care for those affected by the recent floods in Vietnam.”
