Vietnamobile Releases Major Customer Care Program: “Unexpectedly low-cost to talk”
Recently,Vietnamobile unveiled the attractive customer care program “Unexpectedly low-cost to talk” targeting pre-paid subscribers in the South.
For each VND1.000, Vietnamobile’s customers can use up to 60 minutes of on-net voice calls per 01 call. This means customers can make as many calls as they wish with per call enjoying the conditions aforementioned. Such amazing program enables customers to save cost by 99% compared to the normal tariff. This is yet another interesting unexpected offer for Vietnamobile customers as the new year looms.
“The timing of this promotion campaign also takes into account the fact that consumers’ voice call need often soars during the New Year and Tet holidays. Vietnamobile hopes that “Unexpectedly low- cost to talk” will double our customers’ happiness as the new year comes,” said Elizabete Fong, Vietnamobile CEO.
The program will start from Dec. 29, 2010 and last until Feb. 15, 2011. To participate, customers only need to press *104#OK (Call button).
