In 1992, he worked for an industrial company and was assigned to work in Binh Dinh province. During his time here, he realised that this land was suitable for his dream of developing the bronze casting and engineering industry. Then, he started to make his dream come true here.

 

At first, he ran a smallholding bronze-casting unit. In 2003, he set up a company specialising in casting bronze and manufacturing ball mills; parts for ball mills, mill stands and hammering machines; and alloy for cement, thermoelectric, construction material, petrochemical refining and other industries.

 

His company’s good progress was hindered by the global economic crisis in 2008 and 2009, as raw materials prices soared. To lead his company out of trouble, Luyen purchased modern equipment and surveyed customer demands to turn out the best products. His company’s products convinced even the most demanding customers.

In addition to bronze casting, Luyen also diversified his business by manufacturing parts for industrial machines, cement grinders, rock grinders, etc. He always upgrades his factories with modern technologies from developed nations to turn out products of higher quality.
