At the recent Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, Oracle launched three new software products namely Next-Generation Service Delivery Platform Product Innovation; Comprehensive Software Suite to Support Cox Communications’ Wireless Service; Network Optimization Solution Reduces Capital Expenses and Streamlines Ongoing Operational Costs.

 

Oracle Communications Service Delivery product family helps communications service providers (CSPs) implement Next-Generation Intelligent Network (NGIN) solutions for IN replacement and evolution, network-enabled application stores (NEAS) as well as IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) and Long Term Evolution (LTE) network value added services

 

Oracle is supporting Cox Communications’ new wireless offering. Oracle software manages entire wireless concept-to-cash processes – from service and offer creation to sales, customer care, order management, fulfillment and billing.

 

Oracle Communications Network Intelligence 3.4 ensures a problem-free service experience for existing customers and sufficient network capacity for new or upgrading customers.
