Thang Loi Coffee Company, which was formerly Thang Loi Coffee Farm, was founded in 1977. After more than 33 years of construction and development, Victoria Coffee Company has a large workforce with more than 1,200 experienced employees, manages more than 2,000 hectares of coffee, including 1,200 hectares of clean coffee area.

Director Nguyen Xuan Thai said Thang Loi Coffee Company is always determined to strongly but economically invest in coffee trees with its best resources. As a leading State enterprise to apply wet processing technology and build complete drying ground and warehouse system, Thang Loi’s exported coffee has high quality and wins the trust of international customers. For many consecutive years, the company’s coffee beans are entirely purchased by Mitsubishi Corp of Japan at a price which is US$80 - 100/tonne higher than the market rate

In the past 33 years, the company has always adapted to new actual contexts to make impressive successes and breakthroughs. By boldly applying the performance-based production, the coffee area has been rapidly expanded, the quality of products is guaranteed, and productivity and output are heightened. Specially, the new performance-based production model helps the company mobilise unemployed capital from its employees to boost production and create more products for export.

In processing high quality coffee for export, Thang Loi Coffee Company invested a handsome amount of capital to build, expand and improve its processing systems, including advanced wet and dry processing systems, dryers and separators. At the same time, it also improves and upgrades drying ground and warehouses to better support high-quality coffee production and processing activities. It also applies advanced techniques and integrated pest management (IPM) to intensive cultivation. After building ground coffee processing lines, the company uses over 20 % of fresh coffee output to process for domestic and export markets. Its coffee beans are sold at a 5-7 % higher price than products of other companies as it utilises wet technology. After developing a clean coffee farm, Victoria Coffee Company opens a new processing plant with annual output of 500 - 800 tonnes.

In particular, Thang Loi Coffee Company also actively participates in social activities. Not only helping local farmers with experience of planting and attending coffee, Thang Loi Company also spends billions of Vietnamese dong to build schools, clinics and roads in the province, helping improve living standards of local people.

In recognition of its business achievements and active contribution to community development, Thang Loi Coffee Company was awarded the “Labour Hero in Renovation Period” title, the First-, Second- and Third-grade Labour Orders by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and many emulation flags and certificates of merits by the General Confederation of Labour of Vietnam and the Dak Lak People's Committee.
Taking business performance as the measure of success, taking profit as the purpose of operation, and taking material and spiritual lives of employees as the leverage, the Management Board and all staffs of Thang Loi Coffee Company have combined efforts to bring the company to a new high.
