Mekong Development Bank Applies FPT.iHRP Software

The Mekong Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (MDB) and FPT Information System Joint Stock Company (FPT IS) hosted a meeting on August 17, 2011 in Ho Chi Minh City to launch the project “FPT.iHRP - Overall Human Resources Management System.”

 

Accordingly, FPT IS will deploy FPT.iHRP system for MDB, helping the lender to meet banking human resources management requirements. MDB is the ninth unit operating in banking and financial industry to apply FPT.iHRP after Sacombank; Dong A Bank, Nam A Bank, and PFF Finance Company.

 

FPT.iHRP is a web-based system; thus, it needs to be installed in one location for all units to use via LAN or WAN networks. It is suitable for all businesses, particularly those with a lot of staffs, branches or affiliated companies. It consists of 10 functional modules: Human Resource Management; Timekeeping Management; Payroll; Insurance Management; Employee Checkpoint; Training Management; Recruitment Management; System Administration; Website; and Reporting System. When the FPT.iHRP system is deployed, users will save time by 2-3 times in comparison with traditional methods. In addition, a highly stable pricing policy is also an advantage.
