Six best initiatives won the E-idea Award 2011 from the British Council and the Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).
Young competitors created many environment initiatives designed to contribute to community and social development. Awardees are not only aimed for environmental improvement initiatives but also solutions to Vietnam’s economic and social development.
Each winner receives a cash prize of VND100 million - the money will be used as a start-up for carrying out initiatives. These winners will have the opportunity to meet with E-ideas winners from other countries in an event held in Indonesia from October 3 - 5, 2011. A visit to the United Kingdom study climate change will be organised in May and June 2012.
