Panasonic Risupia Vietnam Celebrates 1st Anniversary

Panasonic Risupia Vietnam - the Hanoi based science - mathematics centre founded by Panasonic Corporation, celebrated its 1st year anniversary in Hanoi on 8th September 2011. 

 

Panasonic Risupia Vietnam is a play-and-learn place for children in particular and other visitors in general. It is unique for the utilization of Panasonic's advanced AV technologies and know-how which helps convey the world’s famous scientific laws and principles into various playing and learning models for Vietnamese children.

 

Since its grand opening up to present, the Centre has received nearly 40,000 visitors, out of which, there are 19,000 students from schools and universities. With modern facility and visual, state-of-the-art educating methodology approach, Panasonic Risupia Vietnam has been co-operating with 57 primary schools, secondary schools and universities in to organize interesting extra-curricular activities for school pupils and students in Hanoi and suburban areas.

 

From April 2011, the Center started providing teaching to school groups on topics of Environment under the Global Eco learning Program of Panasonic Corporation within a number of primary schools in Hanoi. Moreover, during summer 2011, the Center has organized joyful and useful activities on various themes for children of different ages, such as Science Workshops, Eco Workshops, Eco contest, Risupia contests, etc…at every weekends.

 

In addition, recently in August, together with Panasonic Vietnam, Risupia Vietnam Centre already introduced to public the “Eco Picture Diary Contest” – a global contest initiated by Panasonic Corporation which was now held in Vietnam for the first year for children living in Vietnam, on topic of environment and environment protection. Hundreds of children participated in the Contest with the sincere wish to contribute to environment protecting activities together with children all over the world.
