National Conference on Environmental Impact Assessment

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment recently organised a national conference on strategic environmental impact assessment and environmental protection. This was the second national meeting on environmental impact assessment, aiming to share practical lessons in strategic environmental impact assessment, environmental assessment commitment of ministries, branches and localities. The meeting aimed to define existing difficulties to propose solutions to deal with in order to improve quality and efficiency of this work.

 

Besides, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment discussed with participants and guided the implementation of Decree No. 29/ND-CP of the Government and the Circular 26/TT-BTNMT of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment on instructions for implementation of the above Decree.
