IBA - Great Opportunity for Global Bakers and Confectioners

IBA is the world-leading exhibition for bakers and confectioners. The event is set to take place in Munich City, Germany from September 16 to 21, 2012.

 

IBA, held in every three years, consists of five major categories: Material processing, manufacturing technology, production and business optimisation, and fast food.

 

Exhibitors will showcase innovative technologies, from fast foods to food manufacturing technology, processed materials, and production business optimisation. Innovations will form new industry standards for the next three years.

 

In addition to a wide range of products exhibited in 12 sections, visitors will have the opportunity to explore special areas exclusive for “Coffee and pastries.” Covering an area of about 250 square metres, manufacturers of coffee roasters will display best equipment and services. Visitors can also attend the Oktoberfest beer festival which opens from September 22, 2013, just one day after the closing of IBA.

 

The 2009 exhibition attracted around 79,500 visitors from 157 countries and 1,059 exhibitors from 55 countries.
