Safety Plans for Five Hanoi Lakes Approved

The governing People’s Committee of Hanoi City has approved safety plans for five lakes in the city. The five lakes are Dong Mo - Ngai Son (Son Tay town), Quan Son (My Duc district), Van Son and Dong Suong (Chuong My district) and Suoi Hai (Ba Vi district).

 

Accordingly, Song Tich Irrigation Co., Ltd and Song Day Irrigation Development Investment Co., Ltd are responsible for making and carrying out detailed plans for the reservoirs. The companies are also responsible for coordinating with local authorities, local natural disaster relief committees and other relevant units to prepare personnel, materials and equipment for safety plans.

 

If these lakes are prone to being unsafe, top priority is to keep these reservoir lakes safe and minimise damage.
