State President and his spouse will attend the 20th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit at the invitation of the Russian Federation’s President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin.
The summit will be held in the Russian city of Vladivostok from September 6-9, 2012.
