Vietnam Airlines Joins Hands with Marco Polo Hotels

Vietnam Airlines’ Frequent Flyer programme Golden Lotus Plus has commenced a new programme in conjunction with the Marco Polo Hotel Group from September 1 2004.

Members of Golden Lotus Plus will be able to earn frequent flyer points at Marco Polo Hotel Group four and five-star hotels in Vietnam, China, Hong Kong and the Philippines, and may also redeem points at Marco Polo Hotels through the Golden Lotus Plus awards system.

Mr. Trinh Ngoc Thanh, head of the marketing board of Vietnam Airlines, said of the agreement that Vietnam Airlines would train its booking office staff to provide the best service to members of Golden Lotus Plus.

Members of Golden Lotus Plus on Cathay Pacific and Korean Air flights are also able to accumulate points and enjoy preferences from the partners of Vietnam Airlines.
